Tenancy Management Services

• Conduct an inventory check of the vacant/ occupied property
• Monthly inspection of the property and reporting
• Coordinating with the society/ landlord for property related issues
• Liaising with the vendors/ trades people to complete the necessary work in the property
• Tracking of the lock-in period and notice period
• Tracking the annual maintenance contracts for the appliances/ white goods
• Co-ordinate the payment of utility bills to the respective entities
• Assist in finding a new tenant in case of early termination
• Assist with sale/ transfer of any household goods item
